You must read and agree to the following terms and conditions before registering for FreeMoneyGifts.com. By registering to use the FreeMoneyGifts.com service, you agree to accept these Terms & Conditions and are aware that they may change from time to time. We strongly advise our members to check back from time to time. We also welcome any feedback from you;  please email us at support@freemoneygifts.com if you have any comments regarding the information or improvements that can be made to this terms of service.

 

I MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS

Members must be at least 18 years of age to register and participate with FreeMoneyGifts.com.
A member may have a maximum of 1 account and must reside and complete offers within the United States.
Only 1 account is permitted per household and per computer and you can not use a P.O. Box as your shipping address.
You must provide completely accurate and current information upon registration and during your usage of FreeMoneyGifts.com.

II MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION

FreeMoneyGifts.com reserves the right to terminate a member’s account for any reason without warning or notice to the member. If a member's account is terminated, that member will forfeit all of his/her earnings made through FreeMoneyGifts.com. A member's account may be terminated for any of the following reasons:

  1. Submission of false or incomplete personal information upon registration. Your account will be put on permanent hold for this.
  2. The creation of multiple accounts by the same user.
  3. The exploitation or attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities.
  4. Accessing the site using a proxy or a foreign IP address (outside the U.S., Canada or UK).
  5. Account has been inactive for 6 months.
  6. Another member(s) has logged into or registered for FreeMoneyGifts.com through the same IP address as you have.
  7. More than one account exists for your residential address.
  8. Completion of the same offer twice, regardless of whether the multiple completions occurred on our site, or another site, or where one completion occurred on our site and the other completion occurred on another site.
  9. The submission of false information when completing an offer.
  10. Immediate cancellation of an offer.
  11. Violation of any of the terms set out in section I, III, IV, and V of these Terms & Conditions.

The commission of actions that may be deemed by FreeMoneyGifts.com detrimental to the stability of this site or this site’s relationship with advertisers.
FreeMoneyGifts.com reserves the right to take legal action against any member who is found of fraudulent offer completions.

III OFFER COMPLETIONS & CREDITING

FreeMoneyGifts.com cannot be held responsible for the terms and conditions of the offers listed on the site. Moreover, we reserve the right to change the payout for each offer at any time for any reason without notice. The timeline of crediting per individual offer will vary where most offers are credited within hours of completion, with many offers credited almost instantly. However, FreeMoneyGifts.com is not responsible for delays in offer crediting or failure to receive credit for offer completions. FreeMoneyGifts.com may at any time, without notice, deny or reverse credit of an offer completion for any reason. A member must complete offers he/she is genuinely interested in. A great number of trial offers completed within an extremely small time frame will subject the user's account to be flagged and put on temporary hold as such activity is suspicious and not indicative of a user who is genuinely interested in trying the products and/or services (i.e. 20 trial completions within 10 hours).

In the event that a member completes an offer and is not properly credited, the member may submit a manual credit request in which FreeMoneyGifts.com will try its' best to attain credit. However, the submission of a manual credit request does not guarantee offer creditation.

IV PAYMENTS

Payments will be processed on the 30th of every month. Payment must be requested through the order page of the member account, and the request must be made 5 days in advance. Furthermore, a member must have a minimum of $20 to cashout. If you are under the minimum requirement to cashout during a selected payout period or you choose not to redeem a cashout during a payout period, your earnings will rollover into the next payout period with no loss or charge. Moreover, FreeMoneyGifts.com reserves the right to ask for photo identification to verify a member's personal information, including but not limited to, a user's name and address. If identification is not received within 14 days from the date the request for the submission of identification has been made, the user's payment request will be denied. FreeMoneyGifts.com is not liable for any payment sent via postal mail that is not delivered to the user's address. Moreover, FreeMoneyGifts.com does not guarantee payment to any member.

Paypal (MoneyBookers): There are generally no fees on FreeMoneyGifts.com side of payment via Paypal (MoneyBookers). However, Paypal (MoneyBookers) may charge a fee to its members for accepting payments. Besides, FreeMoneyGifts.com will only make payments via Paypal (MoneyBookers) to Verified Paypal (MoneyBookers) accounts.

Gift Card: FreeMoneyGifts.com may charge a fee dependent on the type of gift card requested and the method of delivery. Please email our support team to receive an estimate.

V REFERRALS

A member will only receive credit for his/her referred member's earnings if the referred member is valid according to the membership requirement. The referrer will be credited with 40% of the referred earnings deriving from the referred individual's offer completions.

VI NON LIABILITY

You, the member, will be solely responsible for any decision you make in association with using FreeMoneyGifts.com. FreeMoneyGifts.com shall not be held liable at any time for any result that derives from the use of your account or any action you have committed on other sites. Moreover, you agree to indemnify FreeMoneyGifts.com for any third party claims which may arise from your usage or association with FreeMoneyGifts.com.
